Returns & Exchanges: Returns will be accepted within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, less shipping charges equal to current published rates on Fedex.com. After 14 days a 25% restocking charge will also be applied. All returns must be in good re-sellable condition upon return and include original packaging. No returns accepted after 30 days. Please call for Return authorization number before returning items. We guarantee all products for life against manufacturer defect. If a product fails at anytime because of defect, we will repair or replace that product free of charge. Allow 10 business days for returns to process
